Shipping Guidelines

SHIPPING Please specify during checkout whether you require your goods to be shipped, or if you will be collecting them from the store. We ship all orders using Australia Post's Registered Postage Service. We cannot be held liable for any goods damaged, or missing in transit, but we do register every item shipped out, and pack them so as to absolutely minimise any damage. Fragile goods are often left in their boxes with the polystyrene packaging, and this allows for safe shipment, but does occupy more volume. Whilst we try and minimise packing space as best as possible, please realise that large orders will require multiple boxes.
We currently have a Flat Rate postage charge of $13.90 for all orders placed exclusively online. All other orders where shipping is incurred, postage is charged out at Australia Post rates.

PLEASE NOTE: This online trophy shop has been built with clubs and corporate bodies in mind, who generally order their goods two weeks to a month or more in advance. This is ample time to be able to turn around such orders. As most items have to be custom built and engraved we simply cant offer a 'next day delivery' service. Please allow up to 10 days for your goods to reach you.
Should you require an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend the appropriate trophies and postal solution so as to avoid possible disappointment.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES Our website has a built in calendar for use during the order process, where you can select the presentation or event date. We will ship orders using the recommended postage method as per the Post Offices recommended timescales, in order to reach you in time for the presentation date specified at checkout. Unfortunately due to Post Office delays, we cannot be held responsible if your items do not reach you in time. We do however try and get your goods to you before your presentation date for checking etc. If you notify us that your goods don't appear to be arriving in time, we will however make every attempt we can to get the post office to expedite it and get it to you. Please note, the more notice you give us for your order, the better, as postal delays can happen and we can't be held responsible for this.
Where possible, we do endeavour to get your goods out as soon as we possibly can, and regularly ship same or next day on items that are in stock at the time of order. All items are sent registered and can be tracked.

RETURNS Owing to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on any items. We will gladly replace a product if it is found to be defective in any way within 14 days of purchase, or if we are at fault with the engraving. All engraving is double checked so as to minimise mistakes our end, but unfortunately nobody is perfect and certain errors do occur. We are always happy to rectify these at no charge, either by sending out a replacement engraved plate, OR replacement trophy if applicable. The customer's engraving list is final, and any changes to this once the engraving has been done may incur addiitional charges.

CANCELLATIONS Any cancellations are to be made within two working hours of the order being placed. Cancellations MUST be made verbally to a member of staff by telephone on 08 9405 4648 during office hours. Email cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made after this period cannot be honoured, as goods may have already commenced production and incurred engraving and/or assembly costs. Once a cancellation has been confirmed, a refund will be issued in full, back to the card or account from which the payment originated.
